Shipment:
Shipping within Germany is free and takes 2-3 days. For Austria and Switzerland, the delivery time is 3-5 days, for other European countries 5-7 days. The shipping costs for all other countries are €14.90. We ship with DHL.

Returns:
Returns from Germany cost €6.35, which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are abroad, you will be responsible for the return costs yourself. You will receive a QR code for return shipping via DHL via our self-service return portal to make the process as easy as possible.
