Shipping policy

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. The delivery time for DE is approx. 2-3 days. Shipping to AT and Switzerland takes approx. 3-5 days. Shipping to other European countries takes approx. 5-7 days.

The shipping costs for all other countries amount to a flat rate of €14.90. Delivery is by DHL.

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and any shipping costs within Germany.

We also offer free return shipping for Germany, please visit our return shipping page. For orders from abroad, return shipping is at your own expense.

Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown.

Any customs duties or import costs are to be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded by F65.0 in the event of a return shipment.
